Our firm is a national reverse mortgage broker licensed in 13 states. We are currently seeking seasoned loan originators to work in the greater Miami area.

The ideal candidate is someone who has had past proven success in the reverse mortgage industry and requires little to no supervision. Our intent is simple- we want to help you make money.

At this time we are the 14th largest reverse mortgage lender in the nation. We expect to be in the top 10 by January 2010.

This is a virtual (work from home position).

All of our originators are granted a monthly marketing allocation match (50% match up to $1,000 total per month) to assist them in originating loans.

Our compensation:
- We offer the highest commission splits in the industry

You must have:
- Reverse mortgage origination experience
- No relationship to the insurance industry
- Strong moral character and no criminal history
- Entrepreneurial work ethic/virtual environment
- Ability to dedicate full time efforts
