Essential Job Duties:
• We are seeking individuals to be trained as Reverse Mortgage Loan Specialists (RMLS)
• These individuals will be furnished leads to work from our licensed location
• In this ongoing sales role, these individuals must have the ability to quickly establish relationships with seniors and sell the reverse mortgage loan product to the customer
• Uphold the professionalism, integrity and trust of our corporate code of conduct
• Manage your personal pipeline
• Problem resolution as it relates to the closing and funding of loans

Required Qualifications:
• Knowledge of government guidelines
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn new software in a timely manner
• Ability to clear criminal and credit background checks
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks

Additional Desired Qualifications:
• Passed National SAFE Exam
• 20 hours of NMLS Approved education
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience as a Reverse Mortgage Loan Originator a plus

Successful candidates that have not yet passed the National SAFE Exam and/or have 20 hours of NMLS approved education will be compensated at $8.00/hour until succesful completion of the requirements. Note: RMS is paying for the courses and Exam.

Candidates who have completed teh SAFE and NMLS requirements will be paid $2,00/mo base salary with a tiered commission based on number of loans closed.

This is a 40 hour, 5 days a week, Monday - Friday job with flexible start and end times from 8:00am - 7:00pm
